Built in 1991, Marine Cove is one of the top resorts in Australia. Goolwa is 74 km south of Adelaide, which has both a domestic and international airport. Goolwa is next to the mouth of the Murray River.
There are 27 units at the resort: some are 2 bedroom (sleeps 6) and some are 3 bedroom (sleeps 8). All have a full kitchen, two bathrooms, TV, air conditioning, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The resort has an indoor heated pool, spa, sauna, half-court tennis, games room, BBQ, children's playground and exercise equipment.

There are five houseboats operating out of Murray Bridge, on the Murray River. Murray Bridge is approximately 80 km east of Adelaide, which has both a domestic and international airport. The Murray River is easy to navigate, especially for the beginner.
Each of the five houseboats has three bedrooms (sleeps 8), a full kitchen, one bathroom, lounge and BBQ.
At Murray Bridge, the Murray River moves at a leisurely pace so that you can enjoy the beautiful towering cliffs, ample trees and bird life. There are ample tourist activities in areas surrounding the river.

One floating week, three bedroom (sleeps 6) houseboat. Annual maintenance fees $A462, paid to December 2004. Exchange into any other land based resorts in the Resort Vacation Trust can be utilised, included in same maintenance fee. Also, bonus weeks are available.
